Hello, I have applied for Maintenance case against my husband but he did not come to the court atleast for one hearing. Can someone suggest and help me??

For hearing of maintenance e his presence is not required. If his lawyer is present then the court can proceed with the case. Insist on further proceeding of the case than forcing his presence.

Hello everyone,

Sorry for the late reply!

My maintenance was granted from April-2015 but until today the other party did not respond/ appear to the court. Hence the amount is also pending.
