Thank you Mr Santosh, Mr Dhingra and Mr Atul sir for guidance. I have two more Questions, they may sound funny and kind of narrow minded, but are important for me, since that girl doesn't deserve for what she did to me :-(
1. Even if I found her resume updated on naukri, I need to provide evidence of her employment? It will be too difficult for me to gather details, because she is in Kerala and I am in Gujarat and we hv no mutual connection.
2. Even if she marries someone else, I won't be knowing and she will keep on getting ailmony throughout life, so will court keep on tracking her marital status periodically?
Please suggest. Thanks again.
