Maintenance order

maintenance order has been passed by hon.court before 6 month and i have applied for decrease the maintenance amount but court has not favor me now my wife to increase the maintenance amount what to know time period for appeal for increasing the maintenance amount ready do one time settlement but she asking too too much amount

if court has rejected your application for modification of order of maintenance pay maintenance amount ordered by court since you have not appealed against said order .


let court decide your wife application for increase in maintenance amount . then consider whether it is neccesary to go in appeal or not

courte has rejected his appeal just now therefore want to know what will be her next step can she appeal in the same court or H.C or any thing else

you should have declared your income . stated your income on affidavit . no wonder court rejected your application for reduction in maintenance amount

i am earning only 6500 and in a plastic industries getting payment on voucher no other evidence provided by employer now how can prove income and now order passed Rs.3500 per month wife and son and daughter extra Rs.500 total have to paid 4000 per month

court can make presumption of your income if it has reason to disbelieve your income proof.
