The provision explicitedly says that a daughter till married has to be maintained by father and if she does not have means, she can claim maintenance under CrPC 125.
Yes all the 4 daughters can file for maintenance and can also file a criminal complaint that he has abandoned them since the death of their mother.

Mr. Sanket Upadhyaya,
If you are a practising lawyer, be specific what doubt you have got, when section 125 is quite exhaustive and is very clear on the issue?
Why such an academic query from a practising advocate, e.g., "CAN FOUR UNMARRIED DAUGHTER CLAIM UNDER 125 CRPC. IF NO WHAT IS THE REMEDY FOR MAINTENANCE," as if you are quite blank about the contents of section 125 of the related Act? Whatever questions you have posed so far for the last two & half years, all are of academic nature, is if posted by a student not having even any elementary knowledge of law, but not as a practising advocate.
Better go through section 125 and come forward only, what type of specific doubt you have got in any part of the contents of the section.

Agreed that all unmarried daughters can approach court with an application for maintenance against their father.
