Sir,
A case under Crpc 488,was filed against me in the month of sept 2009,& finally an order of Rs 2000/- was issued by Hon'ble court in the Month of August 2010,as monthly maintenance from the date of filling the application i,e from sept 2009,as even more than one year has passed they have not asked for execution of order,nor they have accepted 2000/-from me as they are asking 30000/- maintenance.
Now my request is:
1) What should i do as they were not accepting it.
2)Now as more then one year has passed,can they now again claim the maintenance from the date of filling application,if they ask for execution or if they file another application.

Section 488 crpc???????
This section has been replaced by section 125 many years back.
1. Nothing
2.After one year the maintenance of a particular month gets barred by section 125 crpc.

they maya sk for the moon but court has directed you to pay rs 2,000 per month .if inspite of you offering to make payment they refuse to accept the money then you are not to be balamed . keep records of offers made by you to comply with court orders.
send letter by registered post AD that you have ben offering them payment but they have refused to accept it .

You offer before court to deposit the amount ordered against you and nothing more is required from your side.
