anybody can guide i have to pay 50,000 as a maintenance to my wife but at a time unable to pay therefore paying Rs,10,000 per month but still court is issuing arrest warrant against me what to do ?

you have to comply with court orders . if you were aggrieved by order of maintenance you should have gone in appeal against said order .

Dear Querist
if the court passed an order for maintenance under Section 125 of crpc against you and the circumstances has been changed then file an application for reduced the maintenance due to change the circumstances under section 127 of crpc.
if the maintenance order passed in dv case then you should file appeal before session court within 30 days.
if 30 has been passed then file an application for changed the order under section 25 of DV act.

Generally Courts do not issue arrest warrants if husband is regularly paying the amount of maintenance. Pray before the same Court to grant some more time and meanwhile arrange the money.

You can place a request before the consent court to allow you some time to pay the balance amount while you are ready to pay the part amount this time, the court will certainly consider and allow you time for the first time or even the second time, but if you keep repeating the same excuse, the court may decide otherwise.
