Malpractice in degree exam

i was expelled from exam in final year degree(2011) and i continued my remaining exams of that semester and university not considered my performance of that particular subject and there is no mention of that subject in marks sheet. now my problem is i'm selected for ssc cgl interview and in the attestation form "Have you ever been debarred from any Examination or restricted by any University or any other educational authority / institution ?" what should i answer here? if yes , can i get the appointment letter or not.
