Managing committie

If a member of managing committie has expired can it be run with remaining 8 members or if they decide to choose a new member can the existing managing committie select any new member as per thier convienience and benefit????

New member shall be chosen as per the bylaws of the society.

if a member of managing committee has expired managing committee has powers to coopt any member of society as committee member for remaining term

Mg Committee is selected from Elected members, and they need not go back to AGM for selecting Mg committee member. So the remains members can select any one to replace deceased member. , and can co-opt any willing member from the list of members who either contested election and lost with few votes, or anyone with of their choice.
