Take help of your advocate. And it is misconception that because a document is marked means it is taken on face value.
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 04 December 2011
If the document was marked in spite of taking objection by the other party, at the time of final argument one can argue on its admissibility.
If it was marked without any protest then the party can not raise objection at the later stage.

MUST OBJECT THE ADMISSIBILITY OF DOCUMENTS, AS NOT STAMPED. EVEN IF IT IS NUMBERED, IT WILL NOT BE ADMITTED AS EVIDENCE.
