Marraige act

if an forigner is on tourist visa and she wants to marry an indian then does she can follow the special marraige act 1954 and wheather she will be called as an indian national or else she wil have to stay on visa basis , if its on visa basis then to what extend she can stay?

She can perform her marriage under Spl marriage act but her stay is limited only upto her visa limitation. There is no special grant after marriage unless it is extended accordingly.
