Dear sir
In case of court Marriage , is it possible to get married without informing our parents about it ?? Is it mandatory that the court or the Marriage officer will send notice to each of our parents seeking their objection ....Can it be possible to get married without their knowledge ???Bcoz once they know , they will never it to happen ...Sir we r both 25 yrs old .Not related by the degree of prohibited relations ..But we belong to different caste ..

Take help of the police. or if you both Hindus go to temple (which is under Endowment Department of state Govt) with 3 witnesses, Aadhhar Card of all and get married there. They will give receipt. After that you get your marriage registered before the Registrar of Marriages. Under Hindu Marriage Act, no notice will be sent regarding your marriage. for Registration of marriage, photos of the bride and groom, Aadhaar card of both with 3 witnesses are compulsory. for any doubt contact me on 9490929460.

It is not compulsory to inform your parents for getting married when both of you meet other legal requirements. The Registrar of Marriage shall put up the notice of intended marriage on his notice board.
Seek help of a local lawyer for proper guidance and proceeding.
