I HAVE A MARRIAGE PHOTOGRAPH,AND 2 WITNESSES FOR MARRIAGE WITH A GIRL.NOW SHE IS DENYING MARRIAGE.CAN OR HOW WILL I PROVE MARRIAGE IN COURT.

REGARDING THE MARRIAGE WITH A GIRL AND DENIAL OF SAME BY HER KINDLY NOTE THAT

1.IN CASE GIRL IS DENYING THE MARRIAGE THEN SHE IS NOT WILLING TO STAY WITH YOU.
IT IS ADVISIBLE TO KEEP COOL AND DO NOT FORCE HER AS SHE MAY FILE COMPLAINT TO POLICE STATION AND GET YOU ARRESTED.
2.ALTERNATIVELY IN CASE YOU INSIST YOU MAY FILE A CASE OF RESTITUTION OF MARRIAGE IN THE COURT UNDER SEC.9 OF HINDU MARRIAGE ACT AND PRODUCE IN COURT ALL DOCUMENTS AND WITNESS AFFIDAVITS TO PROVE YOUR COURT MATTER.COURT WILL ISSUE NOTICE TO HER AND UP ON HEARING BOTH THE SIDES COURT WILL PASS APPROPRIATE ORDER.

if she is denying the marriage,what is the point in establishing the same before court of law?

First try to establish the relation in her mind.

Try to sort out any misunderstanding if any.

"Marriage" is such a thing which cannot be continued peacefully with the help of law alone.

Hi !

You can very well prove your marriage with the Girl in the Court of Law with the help of witnesses and photographs with negatives and if no negatives r there then u will have to obtain a CD.

For this you will have to file a Case u/s 9 of Hindu Marriage Act for restitution of conjugal rights.

You can prove marriage through-

1-Producing photograph and negative.
2-Examining photographer.
3-Video and videographer.
4-Priest if any.
5-Documentary proof as voter ID card, Voter list, municipality record etc.
6-Other Oral testimony.
