Marriage age?

One girl runing age is 18 years and 3 months ( showing school TC ).DOB: 19-02-1998 If my friend get marry to her, government ( childher line department ) will stop this marriage or give the permission.

@author, a female should be completed the age of 18 years and the groom should be completed the age of 21 years are eligible for marriage. however some rules are different from one state to another state. consult a local lawyer.

Only after completing the 18 years she can marry otherwise not legally.

If they are Hindu, The daughter of Uncle (maternal or Paternal) is a sister and marriage is illegal.

School TC may get accepted as evidence of age.

For attaining 18 years of age she has to wait till 19.02.2016 until then she is minor by age and not eligible for marriage as per law.
