Sir, I got married few months back and after marriage my inlaws and husband started misbehaving with me and he has forcefully taken my phone and FB id and taken printouts of Chats with my frenz at late night thought that were not so objectionable however he has made issue of the same and torture me for not disclosing the same before marriage and just two days back he has sent me at my home and afterwards sent all my belongings to my home and said he dont want to live with me .and said that he will not allow me to live at his place. and further said that do whatever you can do and i will prove that your character is not good by showing chats before marriage and also saying that our marriage is not registred and there were only few pics of marriage as it was simple marriage. I am very tensed could you suggest what to do and how to go back to my husbands house and how to protect myself against torture and harassment. He is saying that he wants divorce. Please suggest

No Divorce could be applied with in One year of Marriage.Be Bold and just enter the house and stay with your husband.Better keep the Local Police Numbers for Precaution.Try to Convince and Convert your husband with Love and Care.Please Do not allow things to Spoil your Married Life.

Legal remedies as have aleady been opined by the experts here are fine, but before resorting to such extremes, you may perhaps further explore for a solution by resorting to the language of love and affection to regain his trust and confidence in you. Much of such initial marital discords happen because of misunderstanding and lack of initiatives on the part of the couples to build up and nurture mutual trust and love. All the best.

--You have right to stay in your matrimonial house, you can move there. Take help of police if opposed.

-- Try to have amicable settlement, if not possible discuss with local lawyer. You have law in your favor to protect you.

-- It would be difficult to prove adultery as base of divorce from chats before marriage.

-- Non registration does not mean marriage has not taken place or is not valid. You should keep pics as proof.

There are two ways to look at the problem. One is the legal aspect of the problem (separation) and other is the social aspect (re-union) and in law both the doors are open for you and it is entirely your call.

Try to involve some senior man or woman whom he respect. Divorce not the option and just move into his house even with Police protection. Be bold and tell him that if he misbehaves you will file FIR with local Police. He cannot hold you responsible for chats before you got married to him
