Dear experts
what are the rights of husband in marriage dispute
usually woman side is more strong but if wife & their family blame unnecessary like torcher/ beaten without proof or any complain & left from the house forcefully.
what would be the strong side of husband in reply
"there is not yet matter of divorce here"

These are general in the matrimonial disputes.
Take help of your lawyer and prepare strong defense. Prove all her allegations as false.
Litigation is unwelcomed situation, have to face.

Hello,
Law is definitely in favour of woman, but if you are facing situations like "torture, beating, complaining without proof and leaving the house.... etc. " in that case you can definitely take legal action against your wife and your in-laws.

agree with all the expert specially Mr. Shirish Pawar. My problem is with the family of wife, they are narrow minded person & always say against on me to my wife. They have there own issues at their residence, all the time they call to my wife day to night & they involve my wife to solve them. I told my wife to keep away from this. It all makes against on me with wife too & start blaming on me unnecessary.
My Wife not able to do balance this sometimes she favor me but sodden becomes against me.
