I and my wife have accepted in court that there were no physical relations. We both have stated that we need divorce in front of judge. She has also received her striddhan in CAW cell and case is closed in CAW cell by amicalbe settlement of all the issues in CAW cell. She is MBA and earning more then me before marriage. Now she says she is jobless.My wife has stayed in my home only for 40 days.
I have only my home which is in the name of mother. We have nothing else as property. Is she eligible for 50% share in my home as per new Marriage Law’s (Amendment) Bill 2010″?

Amendment bill in its passage may undergo changes . it has to be passed by both houses of Parliament and then signed by President . then only it would come into force .
