Dear Experts,
Want to know the simple , correct and legal process of Marriage of Hindu Boy with a Christian Girl.
The time required, the cost involved,and is arya samaj marriage is also requiered

Civil Marriage under the Special Marriage Act,1954. No other marriage required not even Arya Samaj Marriage. Time 30 days for complete process for civil marriage under SMA.

Arya Samaj marriage will be possible only if both are Hindu. Girl will have to convert.
Spl marriage Act is possible without any one converting.

I agree with the advise of experts, marriage may be got registered under the provisions of Special Marriage Act, if both of them want to profess their own religion, even after solemnisation of marriage.
However, it looks like a question paper set by an "ANONYMOUS" author, isn't it?

I agree with the above experts. The marriage shall be registerable under Special Marriage Act, 1954 and a minimum time of 30 days required. The maximum cost for the marriage approximately RS.1000/-. The registration fee, fees for issue of notice of inteded marriage, and postal charges when the parties reside in different places.The Aadhaar Cards of the parties and 3 witnesses are compulsory.
