A boys inlaws are making troubles for him and it seems his 2 years old marriage has to be compromised. His inlaws have threatened him of adverse consequences. apparently it seems they are going to use law against him by using some fabricated complaints or something.
What precautions the boy must take to avoid any unnecessary legal hassle or police case due to false complain?
Please help

He has to defend him as and when any such step taken by them. Should consult local lawyer in such eventuality.

I meant to say ki the boy doubts that his inlaws will file a police complaint against him like for dowry or domestic violence. in such a case is there something which the boy may use even before they file any complaint? or should the boy himself file any legal complaint before his inlaws file it?
