Hi,
i have married nine months back but since then my mother in law & wife creating issues from the very beginning,on small issues she used to go back to her home,she went for two months & then came back again she went back to her home for last twenty days & threatening to file the false case against me
i am living separately from my parents
in such situation how can i tackle such situation.
Pls help me out.

Sir,
what is the way step forward,can they file any case against me when she is already living at her parent home with her own consent or can they ask for any monthly compensation

It seems such misshapen are gradually rising at a high percentile rate only because law is unable to properly regulate and address these kind of issues and the very marriage institution is under threat.
There is nothing you can guard against her legal weapons she can assault on you.May be
maintenance case or a dowry case or a divorce case.SO BETTER TRY conciliation WHICH IF FAILS TRY YOUR LUCK BY FILING A PETITION OF restitution of conjugal rights,the only weapon with you.

She can certainly file false cases and u r bound to defend 498, pay Mtn under 125/ domestic violence,
