Marriage with female already married before and not divorced from first husband

Gentlemen
I am in dilemma,
I am legally divirced( family Court- Bandra)
and after staying single for 4 yrs, I married a divorcee(2002 Nov) Doctor female with a child of 13 yrs out of her first wedlock. Later on( when I went to register our marriage at Bandra East court) I came to know that she had only one notarised affidavit to show as her divorce, which a learned Lawyer told us that was not leagal divorce, But by this time I had become affectionate with daughter of 13 and I just loved this daughter.
I purchased lot of property on Joint names of myself and this so called wife, But now she has become GREEDY and she is harassing me to write away all my property and bank balance to her, she ill treats me and even has beaten me once.
My question is:
What is the way to get rid of her?
I have lot of property with joint names, what about that?
Still, I would not mind if she walks away with property, but If at all I transfer my entire earnings and property to her, I am worried, she will just put me on Footpath next day, thus I wish to reduce my losses and live.

if her original husband is annoyed with you then you go to jail for five years.

Your marriage with your wife is void as she had not obtained valid divorce from her first husband before marrying you.
