file partition suit in civil court to get ur share.

Sir,

We have talk with lawyer in ghaziabad court and he said that if you file a suit for partition of property then you have to submit a 10-15 % fee of your share value of property for example if property value is 1 crore then we have to submit 10-15 lac in court which is not possible by us so how can we file a suit for partition of property.

then settle matter amicably.
smarty (Querist) 20 September 2012
My brothers know that I have not enough money to file a suit for partition of property because I am not financially strong and they are also not ready to settle matter amicably because they sit in salient mode and use the property. So in this situation “will I not take my share in my parent’s property?” There is no any way to take share.
