whether a Hindu married person can marry a hindu widow without giving divorce to his first wife ? Is it possible if consent is taken from first wife

Section 5(i) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 prohibits such marriage and section 11 declares it to be void. Under sections 494 and 495 of IPC it is an offence.
