IS there any legal provision for a Major 19 years old male marrying 20 years olf female?
If this marriage is solmenised what are its consequences?

The minimum age for marriage for a man is 21 years. So, it is better to wait for 2 more years. Eventhough if the marriage is solomnized, it'll not be void.

Even though it is will not be nullified but still, can still girls parents do something?

Yes it is voidable marriage at the option of either of the parties.

voidable marriages will be valid at the time of the bridegroom attaining 21 years
