Maximum age limit of a proprietor

Hi,

I want to know is there any law which states the age restriction of a sole proprietor - Vendor who provides services to the public service undertaking company.

The service contract will stipulate all the necessary conditions for execution of the same, if there's any age restriction then you may have to adhere to the clauses accordingly.
