Mcd & cutody of girl child

My wife is living seperated from me since Aug 2010. we have a girl child of 3 years. My wife is living with her parents. I am imposed custody case for interim visting hours for child. Now we are going on the MCD. My wife parents said we are not demanding any alominey. They said just giive her divorce. They said child is living with parents of my wife. Wife is going to other house after marriage. You are also marry with a an other girl. My in laws said that If child is living with you or wife after marriage it is difficult for both of you, so child is living with my inlaws only. Please tell me what can I do ?

1] MCD w/o any mtn order
2] Visiting & access right of ur daughter
3] Custody of child??
In your MCD, Your consent Terms for Divorce will be binding: Decree will be drawn as per your amicable settlement.
So be clear abt what exactly do you want??

it seems you are willing to go in for divorce by mutual consent . further your wife after divorce wants to remarry . similarly is your case that you want to marry agin . under such circumstances your in laws have suggested that the custody of your daughter be given to your in laws .
would you be in a position to look after your daughter after divorce ? if not then agree to your in laws idea and visit your daughter on weekends as you will be busy working and your daughter would be alone in the house whole day
