1. Compromise petition.
2. Respondent against who you have no claim.

Solemana is not correct word. It Sulehmana means compromise deed. Suleh is Arabic word which means compromise.
So far as Proforma Respondent is concerned Mr. Devajyoti is correct.

sorry, in my previos reply the word Solenama wrongly typed as Solemana and Sulehnama as Sulehmana. Please correct

Mr Kar in Begnal people at large use the word Solenama which must be slang of Sulehnama as rightly pointed out by you.
