Partition always took on the basis of Patta record. If any difference in the physical procession it is immaterial. For mutation you are advised to record the area as per your share in the previous patta record.

In mutation too, Patwari, will have to show total sum of area, and out of total area , he has to take effect of each person's share allotted by way of partition. Hence, it is better to execute a rectification deed.

The revenue records must match with partition, otherwise, there shall be problem in mutation.

Dear Sirs,
As far as, total area of share mentioned in the decree, is matching with the existing patta. The end to end measurement for the sake of boundary in decree slightly wrong . We are asking government surveyor only to register and subdivide according to sum of area mentioned in the decree and transfer of name. But citing the objection by one party (who has agreed for the compromise decree and put his sign in front of the judge before passing final decree )government officials
in taluk office refusing to respect government order for the 7 months.
What action shall I take to get sub division according to final decree of partition?
