Pl. note the querist Dr. cannot reveal more here than what he has already revealed. All that he requires is assistance of a lawyer, specially one who knows the nuances of IPR Law, so as to assist him in getting an agreement drafted - to be entered into by the querist with software developers.

You should know that lawyers are to consider, analyse, form an opinion, advise and proceed qua a dispute but none of them can be "software" developer.

Pl. indicate whether a lawyer can render the service of drafting an Agreement for a client or not?
