Please clarify the following points:
1) What is the total period of internship
2) Fee is paid on account of which service rendered by the interns?
3) Since when you are intern in the medical institution/college?
4) What amount of fee you are getting presently?
5) How much fee and for what the seniors get and after rendering how much service?
6) Did you go through the rules of internship of your institution/college to check and the fee structure including conditions for payment of fee?
PLEASE NOTE. ON GENERIC TYPE OF QUERIES, YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO GET APPROPRIATE ADVICE FROM EXPERTS.

If i correctly guess you are talking of inequality of pay for same qualification for same work by same employer,if so is the case you can directly file writ if the employer is state or union.
In case employer is Private concern no writ can be filed.
