due to medical negligency by Dr.and made false summery & discharge report and hidden a fact of disease. infact, pateint has infected & medician reaction on their body
now he is admitted in i.c.u with critical stage in other hospital
what should i do for file a criminal case police has taken a complaint and saying we shall send it to delhi medical counsil as per their advise we take a action?

the issue as to whether hospital has been negligent or not can be determined by medical cpouncil . based on the report of medical council you can take further proceedings

If clear evidences of negligency are there then file criminal case ,and complaint to medical council ,and also consumer case against the culprit.

U CAN FILE IT BUT THEN U WILL HAVE TO PAY COURT FEE ON IT.CF IS BETTER OPTION AS CF IS NOMINAL.

i lodged complaint in Delhi Medical Council before 12 days now complaint decision is pending .
i want ask that can i file suit against nursing home for claim before any order of the Delhi Medical Council Decision
