Yesterdays Hindustan Times and DNA featured an article: About how medical seats in Private medical colleges are sold. This has been revealed in CD, and the issue was raised by oppositon lleader Eknath Khadse, in assembly, following which Medical education minister Dr. Vijay Kumar Gavit ordered an inquiry
I wanted to file FIR on this issue.
To whom should I write: ACB or EOW?
Under which section I should file complaint.
