when an AGM has passed earlier it can be revoked by giving legal notices that way you cannot block the present AGM issues. if they do it is obvious misappropriating the law of cooperation;
I have to say, AGM means annual general body that closes the issue once issues are passed rightly f not they have to produce evidence how the accounts are manipulated; without that blocking current issues is against the spirit of Art 14.
if you have evidence place it the committee has to ask the member(s), if not genuine the committe would move for liquidated damages on the member(s) concerened.

Questioning is one thing.Harassing means another,
when anyone questions he has to put on record the evidence for doubting on accounts, if not it turns out to be simple harassment; if harassment is proved then the committe can move on the harassers under criminal law. no need to depend on MCS Act or sny cooperative acts, as general laws are applicable that is what is Art 14 is all about.

cooperative societies Act is not a substantial law, but some statutory law created under some understanding; if cooperation is vitiated, naturally contract Act gets activated, so general law of crimes sustains.
