Memorandum of entry - deposit of title deeds

Good Evening to all experts.
My query to all experts is about equitable mortgage by way of deposit of title deeds(MOE).
1) Whether equitable mortgage i.e. deposit of title deeds is possible wherein the property is belonging to someone else i.e. "A" the mortgagor and "B" is the borrower.
2) what are the other documents that are executed in this scenario.
3) where can i get the draft of such MOE. Can someone provide the draft of memorandum of entry wherein borrower is different and Mortgage is different.

1. Yes.
2. This should be asked from concerned banker as the requirement of bank to bank is different.
3. Drafts are not provided on this section of LCI.
