Mental and psychological harrassment

my name sudha, and i am doing my M.D (Pharmacology) in deemed Medical College during last six months my Professor (lady) harrassing me and others students in such a way like Yelling, Demoralising, intentionally making us to do much work than required, and making us to do unused work, threating me that she will fail me in examinations. my seniors also told me that there also faced this kind of problem with her.
therefore I and some of my friends complained to the prinicipal and other concern staff but there have taken it for granted and supporting her.
so please anybody could help me to come out of this situation.
what kind of legal proceeding can be taken against her?

stated acts can not be treated as penal offenses.. just try to collect to evidences and supports for your complaint. once again submit your complaint to your principal, as well as higher authority of your university. there may be any fruitful result.

dont face this kind problems independently. it may cause some reactions while your practical which you can not be questioned.

Try to adjust with all such events, she can proceed to spoil your career. The results of your complaint may come very late, may not be beneficial to you. She must be teaching 1-2 subjects and her connection with you would end soon. Most successful people in the world has faced such problems in life. Such experience is also required. Do not try to fight in student life till you hope success.

The problems cited is a common feature in many post-graduate medical courses. There hardly is any effective legal remedy because of the stranglehold of internal assessment.

Well Krishna,
There is ample advice by experienced persons here.Your condition is truly traumatic.This kind of indecent practice is being reported from various other institutions as well.Whereas "Endurance" is a great virtue but Endurance too has a saturation point.
If possible get the support of other fellows including seniors,write a complaint and`send to HRD Minister and PM duly signed by all your supporters.If they cannot muster courage "Forgive(Mam)& Forget".
