How will i get to know the merger status of one of the company?

By putting party name i am not able to found the Company?

Can you check in ROC (physical verification) or in MCA portal or if its a limited company you can check records in high court as all limited companies should have court sanction

there is one Company called Shiva texyarn limited which is listed on bse and nse.The company is in the process of demerger and have files petition on Hc of Madras.

I want to know the application status that is when the Court will consider the mmtter ?

Since litigation is pending in high court, you would get the necessary information from searching the orders passed in the case.
