How to seek additional time from High Court- Mumbai for payment to MHADA once the consent terms period has expired without altering the financial implications of the consent terms?

MHADA wants to charge 16% interest from date of possession instead of 6% Simple Interest as per Consent Terms since the 90 day period is over

were consent terms filed in high court wherein you were directed to pay within 90 days . ? if as per consent terms it is 6%6%interest you are not liable to pay 16%. however if as per consent terms it is mentioned that you shall be liable to pay 16%if you fail to make payment in 80 days then you would be liable

1. Yes the consent terms were filed in High Court.
2. Consent Terms were 06% Simple Interest and payment within 90 days from date of demand notice.
3. 90 days period upto 31.10.11 @ 6% Simple Interest
2. Mhada extended date upto 31.12.2011. Rate of Interest from 1.11.11 upto 31.12.11 @16% S.I.
