Minimum nuber of public holiday in a calender years

Dear sirs,
The corporate office of our company is located in gurgaon.
The question is what should be the minimum no of national holiday and public holidays should be declared by the company in a calender year.

there are no such limits.

it is done taking into considerations of all religious interests too. so consider common festival plus Indipendant day and republic day etc.

local enquiry with other companies will give an insight to this.
