I want to file an application U/s 156(3) of Cr.P.C. before court , my problem is that my complainant is minor whether i can file power of attorney on behalf of minor for filing application U/s 156 (3) of Cr.P.C.
or file through guardian .
Advocate Ravinder (Expert) 20 May 2013
No need of power of attorney. Father or mother can file petition as they are natural guardians. Any person, other than parents, they have to obtain court permission to file petition under sec. 156(3) of Cr.P.C.

how to take court permission

Any one desirous to become guardian to a minor shall have to apply before DJ and on due enquiry, the court may appoint that person a guardian and then the desired action may be initiated by him on behalf of the minor.
