You can't ask for yours daughters share when your husband is alive. Your husband can ask for the partition of his right share.Ask for the partition & contact a local lawyer file a suit for partition in jurisdictional civil court .

can my father-in-law give agri land to only 3 sons except my husband as we have 2 daughters? since fatherinlaw has no other income other than agri what is the share of each person? 4 sons, 2 married daughters and a wife.

your husband is cannot compel his father to give him share out of his self acquired property...however, your husband's share and your Daughter's share are created in the ancestral property.

You are all have the equal share 1.e 2 daughters & 4 sons & father. If the agricultural property is purchased by his ancestral property income, its also consider for equal share out of his ancestral property.

was it father in laws father self acquired property or ancestral property .

if self acquired then on his death fatherin law is absolute owner of of 15 acres . as on date he is owning 60 acres . he can gift the property or bequeath it to whom soever he pleases .

Thank u all for ur early replay.

the property(60 acre agri land, old house, new house and a kana(plot)) now owned by my father in law is from ancestaral property income. in this case all children have equal share i.e 1/7. and my daughters have equal share in their fathers share as per my knowledge. kindly correct if i am wrong.

Still you are not clear in exspressing the query. It is not his self acquired property, hence ancestral property to his all children, wherein everyone has an equal share,no one can be denied.First let your husband acquire his share then think about your daughters.
