Hi learned Advocates,

Clarify this please,

1. the property is ancestral property and two sons and daughters and their minor 2+2+2 are sold the property infavour of "A" on 2005(Ex.,minors age only below 10 ). For their minors natural guardians (father/Mother) signed in the sale deed as a guardians.

2. after that property owner "A" sold to another person"B" on 2006.

3. now what about minor interest?

4. "B" what to get the loan from Bank?
what is the risk?

5. I want to clarify whether minor can question after attaining majority ?

Yes, minors can challenge the sale after attaining the majority.
Without permission of the court property of minor cannot be sold. To get a permission from the court petition has to file under the Guardian and Wardship Act.
Permission of the court is necessary to sell the minors property.

Definitely such minors whose property had been sold by their parents without obtaining the permission from court, can get the sale-deed set aside qua their share on attaining the majority.
