I am minor with age of less than 15 yrs and i have ancestral agricultural and i live wuth my mother and sister 6 yrs.I don't have father and my mother wants to sell my share of agricultural land.
can she sell my share of agricultural land.will it be legal and what will be my rights against the purchaser of share?

Your mother cannot sell your property without the permission of the court. If the sale is not for your benefit, you can cancel it within 3 years from the date of attaining majority. Even if you want to restrain her now from selling your property, you can file an injunction suit restraining her from doing so with the help of a 'next friend' who is major.
