Minors caught doing sexual act in society

Dear Sirs, last week, two minor boys (16 & 13)were caught in backside of our society doing some sexual acts together. immediately their parents were informed about this. They apologised and matter closed. However, some persons are of the opinion that we should go to police as the elder boy is often found doing this where as younger boy is innocent. But since both are minor, will any case be made aginst them by police ? We are trying not to go to police for the fear that matter will become worse.In view of current changes in 377, how this will be looked at ? It is still an offence. Before going to the police, try to counsel the elder boy.
If he is sent to the Juvenile Home, his career would be over.

dont go to police . the boys are minors . their carrer would be ruined . warn them that if they indulge in such acts again police complaint would be lodged

Act of boys are definitely offence but looking the age and their future it will be better to warn them not to indulge in such type of activities again else police complaint would be lodged.

I regret to inform in a school in chennai a minor boy went to the level of murdering the class teacher in the class room itself.Unless the parents of the boy is willing to give an under taking in writing such things will not be repeated by the boy and they would take responsiblity it is no harm filing the police complaint instead of repenting later.Even in Delhi Rape Case one of the accused was Minor

This is a criminal offense committed by minors, however, if the matter is given to police, their career would be at stake and there are possibility that they may become criminal after coming out of this case.
He may be counseled and his parents should be asked to be vigilant.

none is more effective than their parents/ both being BOYS.
