Misguidance by bank employees

I had a credit card with HDFC Bank on which I had loan of Rs.10000/- which was given to me without charging of processing of fees with later on become false promise by that employee.Dur to false promise by the employee I did not made any payment which make defaulter in their record.Later on i got my card settled in some amount but on last payment when i asked for the N.O.C. they told that i will get once I pay whole amount including principal,interest & all sorts of penalties that is still standing on my card.I felt cheated and did not make the last payment.Few weeks back I got a call from them to make a payment of only principal amount only for which I agreed on condition of having N.O.C. in one hand and payment of whole amount by Demand draft to them on other hand which they had promised but again same scenario repeated that bank employee came with pre N.o.C. at that time bank employee told it is their procedure.Please tell how can I deal with such employees so that i can teach them a lesson.

I think you are getting duped again. They can always at least bring a document that after this payment no due would lie against you. Without that document make payment only at your peril.

you can approach banking ombudsman for your grievances..

Unless you have some written proof of carelessness of bank employees, no use shall be to approach Bankers Ombudsman.
