sir, under compulsory aquisition scheme of government lands of A(father), B(son) & c(son) are aquired . after some time A & B meet to death . The share of A is taken by C providing wrong information to government department that he is only the legal benificiary of his fathers property. D is the son of B what can D do to get his benifit ......CAN D SUE C (UNCLE) for share in A's property

In case of death of A intestate, his share would be divided among his legal heirs i.e. B(in case B is no more to his legal heirs) and C.

I observe that your query is lacking some information.... You say that lands are acquired under compulsory acquisition scheme... Again you say that wives of B and C got plots and C has also taken A's share... B's share has been taken by his wife and you are B's son... Please tell me what benefit you are looking for... Please provide full details.
