sir, i am staying in bangalore, and my native home is in bihar......can i make affidavit from bangalore district court or do i need to go home for this??
Anirudh (Expert) 28 October 2014
There is nothing to worry.

Please do not make any big fuss about this.
Whether you write your name with space without space will not make any difference, so long as the complete name Surajbhan kumar appears in the certificates. (Even if in some certificates the name appears as Suraj Bhan Kumar, the same can be explained when any body specifically asks, by saying that the writer has put a space but the name is only Surajbhan kumar).

If you try to be hyper-technical and try to effect any change etc., I am sure, you will end up in a mess.

Repeated query.

This is ridiculous.

The query has been answered. The querist stands satisfied. How does it matter whether it is repeated or not? Answer was not given two times.

There probably cannot be any other way to make oneself a mockery!

Repeated and Not a Legal Query.

The space in between the name will not make any difference where ever it is to be written or referred to. The sound and meaning are same hence there is nothing to make such a hue and cry about it.

Trivial matter. There will not be any issue. If any issue arises, you can seek advice.
