Sir, My friend actul dob 1976 and born cirtificete mention but school leaving mention dob 1975 so problem in passport office dob place is Surat school leaving is bilimora, and issue of passport 1st time Surat now my frnd resident at Daman so what we do in change of passport and date of birth certificate pls help us.
