misuse of law

A lawyer in my locality is threatening my family and misusing his powers. My father is a small shopkeeper, he is constantly putting false complaints in the police station, sales tax department, MCD, he also bribed an official to demolish our shop. He is not ready to compromise even after our various attempts. I desperately need advise as to what can i do to stop him. He has trapped us from all sides.
I think his wife's degree is fake. Can RTI help me fetch the authenticity of her degree?

given facts do not indicate any professional misconduct of the lawyer.

You told that false complaints are being put. You never said that these complaints have been examined and declared false.

you said that you are trapped from all sides. This means that you had series of illegal actions and are being brought to book from all sides.

please be specific do not leave things to imagination.

No Doubt there are People who misuses their Status taking advantage of the same.You should collect more evidences and proofs before going for any complaints.Better collect the same and discuss with local Senior good advocate and proceed.
