Misuse of National Emblem

A very senior Person of our Town has disired to Write the words ASANSOL SPECIAL POLICE IN HIS VEHICLES. He also has the audacity to Get the National Emblem painted in a shabby way in all his vehicles.
A Person Of the rank of IG has also commented that a Police Group/ Battalion can only be created by a state/Central Legistation.
Complaints to even the highest authority have yeilded no results.
What shoudl we do. This gentleman is also now treating His Asansol Special Police as an organisation and inducting members. These members are also Flashing Asansol Special Police in thier vehicles.

A writ can be filed in the high court to stop such nuisance and disrespect to the nation.

Writ Petition to be filed at whose cost? Is it not the duty of the state to intervene and protect the sanctity of our National values?

as a citizen it is our duty to bring this type of activity for the sake of national security so,may inform higher authority and can get help of journalists to highlight indifference of the govt.

Hamara Bharath. When we say this, we should be prepared to spend some thing for the nation, at least to file a writ petition to take action on the person who had not respected our national values.

Read The Statesman dated 6th October 2010. (South Bengal Plus) Hon'ble Chief Justice JN Patel, Calcutta High Court and Justice Asim Roy Have Already Instructed State And City Police To act on The Matter Of Misuse Of National Emblem. Order Not yet implemented.
