Modification in birth date

My original B. date is 01-12-1975.

I have Birth Certificate with original date (01-12-1975) by Sub-Registar, local Municipality, Public Health Department, Gujarat State.

But at the time of school admission, my parents noted my b.date as 01-06-1975, because my age at that time was not sufficient to get admission. Thus they made me 6 months elder.

Till the date, in School leaving Certificate, Graduation Certificate, and all other documents, my Birth Date is recorded as 01-06-1975. I am working in BSNL. as per BSNL record my b.date is 01-06-1975.

Now i want to correct my Birth Date with the help of Original Birth Certificate.

What i have to do? What is the procedure for that? Pl. do needful in this matter.
