Modification of child visiting time

Dear sir,
My son only 3 years old, Court granted visitation right only 2 hour each
saturday.But my wife come late , goes earlier, she is not regular, once she
does not came for the whole month.My advocate inform the court aware about all by
a petition "kept of the records".
Each Saturday...when my son goes , he cries , he wants me for more time
I am going to ask for more time from court by petition.
Please help me that is there any judgment/order/citation that can be shown in
court to modify the time Or i can bring him to my home once or twice in a month
for 5-6 hour or schedule can be increase twice in a week

you have to apply to court for modification of order . welfare of child is paramount consideration .
